Website Terms of Service

Last updated: August 27, 2026

These Website Terms of Service govern your use of glamboothla.com. By using this website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these Terms.

Website Information

The website provides general information about GlamBooth Photobooth, its experiences, packages, galleries, and event services. Website content is provided for informational purposes and may be updated periodically.

Inquiries and Availability

Submitting an availability form, sending a message, or receiving a preliminary quote does not reserve an event date or create a binding booking.

An event date is reserved only after the client and GlamBooth complete the required booking process, including acceptance of a written service agreement and payment of the required booking retainer.

Packages and Pricing

Website packages and prices describe current standard offerings. Final pricing may vary based on event date, location, duration, venue access, selected options, custom production, travel, parking, overtime, and other requirements.

The signed proposal, invoice, and service agreement will state the final package, price, payment schedule, and included services.

Service Agreements Control

Every confirmed booking is governed by its signed service agreement and related invoice. If these Website Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls for that booking.

Payments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, a booking retainer is applied toward the total service fee and is non-refundable because GlamBooth reserves the event date and may begin planning, staffing, design, and production work.

Remaining balances, cancellation obligations, rescheduling eligibility, and applicable deadlines are established in the client’s signed service agreement.

Venue and Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for obtaining venue permission and providing:

  • A safe, level, and suitable setup area.
  • Access to standard electrical power.
  • Reasonable load-in and load-out access.
  • Accurate parking, valet, loading-dock, elevator, security, and venue instructions.
  • A safe environment for GlamBooth staff, guests, and equipment.

Additional charges may apply for paid parking, difficult access, stairs, long carrying distances, special venue requirements, or delays outside GlamBooth’s control.

Insurance and Certificates

GlamBooth maintains $1 million in general liability insurance. A Certificate of Insurance may be provided upon request.

Clients are responsible for supplying any venue-specific insurance instructions, certificate-holder information, or additional-insured requirements with sufficient time for processing. Certificates and endorsements remain subject to the applicable insurance policy and insurer approval.

Service Time, Overtime, and Add-Ons

Setup and breakdown time are separate from active photo-booth service time unless the signed agreement states otherwise.

Client- or venue-caused delays do not automatically extend the booked service period. Overtime, upgrades, additional design work, special formats, backdrops, fabrication, and other add-ons are subject to availability and additional payment.

Custom Designs

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate names, dates, wording, logos, files, and design instructions. Clients must review and approve custom designs.

GlamBooth is not responsible for spelling, wording, date, or design errors after client approval.

Equipment Safety and Damage

Clients are responsible for damage, theft, or loss caused by the client, guests, venue personnel, or unsafe venue conditions, excluding normal wear and tear or damage caused by GlamBooth.

Technology and Delivery

Digital sharing, galleries, printing, and other technology-dependent services may be affected by venue internet service, electrical power, equipment conditions, guest misuse, processing requirements, or circumstances outside GlamBooth’s reasonable control.

Gallery and deliverable timing may vary depending on event volume, processing, and production requirements.

Photo and Media Usage

Photo usage is governed by the signed service agreement. Clients requesting a private event or restrictions on promotional use should notify GlamBooth in writing before the event.

Intellectual Property

The GlamBooth name, logo, website design, photographs, graphics, copy, custom designs, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to GlamBooth and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or commercially used without written permission.

Acceptable Use

Visitors may not use the website to submit false information, interfere with website security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, scrape website content, impersonate another person, or violate applicable law.

Third-Party Services

The website may link to third-party websites and services. GlamBooth does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices.

Disclaimer

We strive to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every description, price, image, or availability statement will always be complete or error-free.

Final booking details are confirmed through a written proposal, invoice, and service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlamBooth is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from website use or inability to use the website.

Liability relating to a booked event is governed by the applicable signed service agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Website Terms periodically. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
